Artwork & File Setup

Artwork & File Setup

What file format should I submit for my custom product?

We recommend print-ready PDF files (CMYK color mode, 300 DPI resolution) with all fonts embedded and layers flattened for the best results. For special finishes like foil stamping, please provide separate vector files (AI/EPS) for the foil areas.

What are bleed and safe zones, and why do they matter?

Bleed is the extra 3–5mm of design extending beyond the final trim size to avoid white edges after cutting. The safe zone is a margin inside the trim where all critical text and elements should stay to prevent cropping. Our guidelines ensure your design looks clean and professional.

Do you accept RGB files?

We strongly recommend using CMYK color mode for all print files, as RGB colors are designed for screens and may shift significantly when printed. We’ll review your files and alert you to any color mode issues before production.

Production & Timelines

Production & Timelines

How long does standard production take?

For most standard custom products, production takes 18–25 business days after digital proof approval. Complex/luxury orders (with foil, edge gilding, embossing, or hardcover books) take 25–30 business days to ensure premium finishing. Shipping transit time is not included.

Can I request a rush order?

Yes, we offer expedited production for urgent projects. Please share your required delivery date with our team during the quotation stage, and we’ll confirm if rush service is available for your order.

Do you provide physical proofs?

We provide free digital proofs for all orders. For bulk orders, we also offer free physical sample proofs so you can confirm the exact look, material, and finish of your product before full production begins.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship to international destinations?

Yes, we offer global shipping services to deliver your order to any destination worldwide. We handle all logistics so you don’t have to worry, and we also accept customer-arranged shipping if you prefer to use your own logistics provider.

How will my order be packaged?

Your finished product is carefully packed in protective, retail-ready packaging to prevent damage during transit. We use sturdy boxes and protective wrapping to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

When will I receive my tracking number?

Once your shipment is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor your order’s progress to your door. Shipping times vary based on your location.
