Standard Production Timeline for Custom Decks
Know exactly how long your order will take from artwork approval to delivery. Our standard printing production schedule covers artwork review, digital proofing, printing, specialty finishes, cutting, rounding, assembly, packaging, and final shipping, for Tarot, Poker, Affirmation, Flash Card sets, plus accompanying booklets and hardcover books.
After you confirm your digital proof and approve all details, typical production takes 18-25 business days for most standard card decks. Orders with complex upgrades — including foil stamping, edge gilding, embossing, magnetic gift boxes, or hardcover books, may take 25-30 business days to ensure every luxury detail is finished to premium standards.
This timeline does not include shipping transit time, which varies based on your destination.
Step 1: Inquiry & Custom Quote

Step 2: Artwork Preparation & Submission
Once you approve the quote, prepare your print-ready artwork following our guidelines (bleed, safe zone, CMYK color mode, and separate layers for special finishes). Submit your files to our team, and we’ll conduct a free pre-press review to check for resolution, alignment, and formatting issues.
Step 3: Digital Proof Approval
We’ll send you a digital proof for your review, showing the final layout, colors, and design details. Carefully check this proof for any text errors, alignment issues, or color adjustments, this is your final chance to make changes before production begins.
If you place a bulk order, we can provide a free physical proof to help you confirm the actual look, material, and finish of your product before full production.
Step 4: Production Begins
After you approve the proof, your project moves into full production. We use premium German KOEHLER black core cardstock and high-quality book papers, with precise printing, cutting, and finishing to bring your design to life.

We’ll provide you with a tracking number once your shipment is dispatched, so you can monitor its progress to your door. Shipping times vary based on your destination, and we offer expedited options for urgent projects. We also happily accommodate customer-arranged shipping services if you prefer to use your own logistics provider.

Expedited service compresses our production workflow by prioritizing your job in printing, finishing, and assembly stages, while still maintaining strict quality standards.
Rush production is available for most card decks and packaging combinations, subject to order size and complexity. If you need a faster turnaround, simply let our team know your required delivery date during the quotation stage, and we will advise if expedited production is possible and provide a clear adjusted timeline.
Our Quality Control Process
Every custom deck and printed product goes through multiple quality checks before leaving our facility to ensure you receive only retail‑ready, flawless items.
Our QC team inspects color consistency to match approved proofs, verifies clean and accurate cutting, checks alignment for foiling and embossing, confirms proper edge gilding finish, and tests card flexibility and durability.
We also examine each card for scratches, smudges, or misprints, and inspect all packaging for proper fitting, clean finishing, and secure closure.
Only after passing full inspection will your order be packed securely and prepared for shipping, ensuring your entire order arrives in perfect, sellable condition.
